Booking and Product Terms & Conditions 

Dear Clients,

To ensure the smooth running of treatments, please arrive at your allocated appointment time.

Parking Information:
Parking is free. You may park directly outside the shop under the white window. If this space is occupied, there is additional parking available on the main road.

If you arrive early, feel free to come in and take a seat in our cosy waiting room. Your therapist will be with you as soon as possible.

Please be aware that late arrivals may result in your treatment being cut short, though the full fee will still apply.

Cancellation and Appointment Changes:
Cancellations and changes to appointments have a significant impact on our small business. Booking fees are taken to secure your specific appointment date and time and are non-refundable in the following cases:

• If you cancel your appointment

• If you change your appointment (this is considered a cancellation, and a new deposit will be required to book a new date and time)

• If you decide to forgo any treatments on the day (full payment will still be required as this time cannot be reallocated to other clients on short notice)

• Same-day cancellations will be charged in full before another appointment can be scheduled

• No-shows will also be charged in full

Additional Policies:

• No vaping or e-cigarettes are allowed at Taylor Made Beauty.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate children. This is your time to relax, and the treatment area contains sharp tools, hot equipment, and chemicals. Our insurance does not cover minors.

Gift Vouchers:

• Gift vouchers must be used before their expiration date. Extensions may be granted for a small fee; please contact us for details.

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Please bring your gift voucher to redeem against your treatments. Without a voucher, treatments will need to be paid for in full.

All skincare products sold by Taylor Made Beauty are professional vegan formulations recommended for home use following consultation with a qualified skin therapist.

By purchasing online, you acknowledge that Taylor Made Beauty cannot be held responsible for misuse, incorrect application, or reactions that may occur when products are used without in-person professional guidance.

Patch Test: We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use. Apply a small amount of the product to an area such as the ankle or stomach (away from the face and neck). If any redness, itching, or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and apply a cold compress. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice from your GP.

Returns & Refunds: Due to hygiene regulations and the nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once products have been opened or used.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that results may vary depending on individual skin types, lifestyle factors, and product usage.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement where appropriate although not always guaranteed.
